Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) Evaluation Verification

This form is to verify whether you are required to complete a formal LLN Evaluation as part of your training with Intrinsic Safety Pty Ltd (RTO 45803). If you have successfully completed certain qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework, you may not need to complete this evaluation.

If it is determined that you need assistance to improve your LLN skills to successfully complete the qualification, your Trainer and Assessor will contact you. Intrinsic Safety Pty Ltd (RTO 45803) will discuss the level of assistance required and options available to support you, including the possibility of undertaking an LLN foundation skills course if needed.
